On the second floor, to the left is Office 220. The gastroenterology doctor does not care about the health of her patients; she cares about their salary. They should hire people willing to help and better understand their patients. If you have an appointment at this clinic, I wish you good luck. Sometimes, so much formality creates an uncomfortable and tense environment. There is nothing like being natural and behaving respectfully but without exaggeration.
The surgical experience was great, Dr Kaza was amazing. The nurses were friendly. My estimate for the procedure was not nearly what my bill ended up being, which wad extremely frustrating. The estimate billing had one code with a price then the actual bill with the SAME code was actually doubled and they blame insurance.
This is the worst surgical center I've dealt with by far! My daughter had surgery today and yesterday they never called with a time, I called them and the office said she was on the scheduled but dont have a time. The surgical center said she was "grayed out" so they didn't put her on the schedule. The dr added her on the the last surgery of the day at 11am. My daughter goes to bed early so stopped eating at 7pm last night. We arrived there today at 11 they didn't take her back till 12:30 and surgery not till 1:30pm. She was soooo hungry. After surgery in recovery she said her ankle hurt so bad. They poked her 14 times!!! I'm sorry but if a nurse has to poke a 6 year old that much let's get a more experienced nurse with peds in there. Her hands, wrists, both ankle are bruised ankle swollen from all the pokes. Hurts to walk.. NEVER AGAIN
My 2 year old granddaughter needed to have a surgical procedure and everyone at the center was amazing! The nurses were super friendly but professional, the anesthesiologist was very kind, and Dr. Williams was very thorough and patient, explaining the procedure and asking if we had any questions.
I had surgery 11/16. Everyone was wonderful. My intake nurse, Christina was an angel and completely calmed my fears. My anesthesiologist was also a God send, listening to all my concerns and did everything to make sure I was absolutely comfortable at all times. My surgeon, Dr. Selah, explained everything thoroughly and I had no fears headed into surgery. And my discharge nurse, Paul, was AMAZING!! He was so gentle, assuring, and attentive. Overall I had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this surgical facility.
