I had an excellent experience at Rochester Pain Solution and the Rochester Ambulatory Surgery Center. Not only is Dr. Hadian phenomenal, but his entire staff is just as amazing. From the moment I walked in, everyone was prompt, kind, and professional. They made sure I was comfortable before, during, and after my procedure, which truly meant a lot. The facility was clean and well organized, and the team went above and beyond to make sure all paperwork was completed and sent over in a timely manner. Dr. Hadian genuinely advocates for his patients to receive the proper resources and documentation, and his staff makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. You can tell they actually care about their patients, not just the appointments. 10/10 I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a great doctor and a supportive, efficient medical team.

The RNs were amazingly compassionate, friendly, and helpful while being professional. From asking if I would like a warmed blanket. Administration of lidocaine before starting the IV and helping me to get dressed post-op. Little things that make all the difference in the world. Thank you everyone.

My pre-op nurse, Terri, and my PACU nurse, Betsy, were both awesome! Very knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. Very professional staff and great time management. I was in pre-op almost immediately after I checked in. Dr. Lou and Dr. Olsen are awesome! They’re also very friendly, thoughtful and show they care for their patients. Very attentive to my questions. Great interactions with everyone there. I felt safe and very well cared for. I would recommend for any non-emergency surgery. Especially with the care team I was given. You guys are great!

Had a procedure done today with Dr. Scott Biehl. Have been at this center a few times and each time has been a wonderful experience from the atmosphere, to the nurses, to the drs . I can't say enough great things about it. Thanks to Dr Biehl, nurse Erin, and the nurses in the procedure room. The front desk person was very professional also. My go to place for same day procedures. No other place tops it , hands down

What an OUTSTANDING experience! I was getting knee surgery. Everyone from the receptionists to the Techs to the four Nurses and Doctors were ALL superb. EXTREMELY personable and fantastic conversationalists to say the least. Top not experience at this almost "private" like surgical experience! If you need surgery, this is the facility you want to go to!
