As a first time client of the Q I was very impressed by the way I was greeted. The staff is beyond welcoming and friendly. The facilities are beautiful and clean. My tech was very good at explaining all that was being done and explaining the length of time it takes to complete the procedure and the after care as well. The supervisor who over sees my tech was excellent at giving instructions and feedback to my tech in a professional way and my tech as having those teaching moments was very receptive of her help and guidance and I as the client I felt very confident and comfortable during my procedure that my tech knew what she was doing and would ask questions along the way and I thought that was excellent and she wasn’t afraid to ask anything as that’s how people get to do their jobs proficiently. Q Med Spa @ Lindsay House has been a refreshing experience with amazing results from the start. During my first video call with the NP, they were extremely thorough, listened to my concerns and experiences, answered my questions and despite my hesitations about particular treatments I was treated with respect, compassion and kindness. Because of a previous horrific experience at another Med Spa (not related to Q) I was hesitant to go back to Botox, though everyone at Q made sure I was comfortable and went out of their way to make sure the entire process was done in a way that made me feel safe and secure with the treatments I was and would be receiving. Geena Savitsky is amazing- she is warm, kind, inviting, friendly and knowledgeable. She takes her time with you, explains everything thoroughly and her Botox placements were virtually painless and placed beautifully. I jumped in and had quite a bit of work done after my consultation. I have been to others places in Rochester and this is by far the best ever. I already have my follow up appointments. I will never go anywhere else. Tori is a miracle worker! Extremely knowledgeable and did my fillers exactly how I wanted them. She pays attention to detail and makes sure everything is perfect and the most comfortable. I wanted my lip filler more centralized and she made my vision come true. The vibrating tool she uses to help with any pain works amazing. She really is talented and a true injecting artist. I’ve had them done by 2 others at Q med also and they turned out great as well. I’m very happy and will continue getting some extra plump yearly ❤️
