I met Dr Mason on Monday i was nervous. The atmosphere in the office was peacefully, the staff help me navigate in the rooms with my walker. Dr Mason did a nice and beautiful procedure on Friday. I feel grateful with Dr Mason for taking good care and efficiency. Everything went perfectly fine and smooth.

Wow! This is what happened when you have some certain type of people who run a service or business facility without accountability!! From very rude receptionist to unprofessional manager even nurses were very unhinged! If you ask a question they will yell back at you, if you have any concerns they will be unable to answer! The manager or the person who runs this place is so rude and disrespectful! Seems like, they don’t have any accountability! This is odd that they are running this eye surgery center in NY not in any other country! They should be investigated or inspected by DOH!
