This was my 2nd visit to New Hyde Park Endoscopy in less than a month. This visit was for an Endoscopy. Once again, I cannot convey enough praise for my entire experience here. The staff from the moment I entered until my departure made my process for this procedure were so kind, patient, knowledgeable, I could go on with further adjectives descript on how wonderful my encounters were from the very important front staff to the nurses in the pre-procedure. They work their utmost to ensure that your comfort on all levels is remarkable. All parties involved in my care procured a seamless and non concerning pre-procedure, as well as, post-procedure were proficient I all aspects of my care. Hands down, my best experience as this was not my 1st Endoscopy. Also, the highest of accolades for My anesthesiologist and certainly for my Endocrinologist, Dr. Stephen Esposito, who is the BEST doctor, hands down!!! Thank you for taking such exceptional care of me. There are no words to express my gratitude!!! I am very lucky to have found such a profound Doctor and Endoscopy Office!!!!!!!

06/21/2025 Nurses are great. DR. Esposito was wonderful. My husband's appointment was at 10 am, we got there at 9:45 am by 10:30 am he was already in the back with IV and by 11:45am his procedure( colonoscopy/ endoscopy) was over and he was in recovery. I would definitely recommend this place and their staff. Wonderful experience.

Absolutely a horrible place where medical facility being predatory to patients. Keep sending bills to patients who already paid everything. They give you pathetic reasoning and ridicule patient why I have to pay again. Wow. Predatory, unethical, and hazardous to every Americans who desperately seek medical care. No wonder our country is notorious for an expensive health service and yet the mockery in the world.

hand to God I am genuinely shocked by these reviews. i’m a 45 year old female and had my first colonoscopy today. I was terrified and almost couldn’t go through with it. Every staff member here was attentive, kind, friendly and had an awesome bedside manner.The woman who checked me in was lovely, the two nurses who set me up in the room were amazing and the anesthesiologist was a dream. Everyone put me right at ease. They couldn’t find a vein (I have terrible veins and was dehydrated) but the anesthesiologist put it in my hand 1-2-3. I woke up to snacks and juice and a really fantastic level of attention paid to me. Please do not be put off by these reviews. My experience was phenomenal. i’ll come back every time.

I want to first thank my doctor Shirley Johnson for her professional, compassionate bedside manner and care. My procedure went well and I was given full instructions and a f/u care appointment. The staff overall were caring and sensitive to my needs, questions and concerns. I will give New Hyde Park Endoscopy a very high rating of approval, thanks again.
