This place is flat out prefers to cash in on as many people they can squeeze in for the day rather than scheduling appointmens in a timely fashion. My daughter had an appointment for 7:45 am and didn't finally get seen until 9:15. The doctor she was supposed to see had another surgery prior which they severely underestimated the time it took to get done. So my poor daughter sat in her surgery gown nervous and with a stomach ache for 2 hours waiting to finally be called in. Maybe next time have a child sit in the waiting room if it's going to be 2 hours later? Perhaps this place thinks children enjoy the prospect of surgery and will happily sit down waiting to be called in like they are on line for a ride at disney. On top of this we were told she couldn't even get it done due to congestion she had. Ok understand the health risk there but if we were told about that during a reasonable time frame then she wouldn't have had to sit there for as long as she did. Luckily we won't be needing to return here for when she gets her surgery done. Parents of small children needing surgery take heed if they get nervous or anxious when it comes to the doctors because you will be waiting for quite some time.

Overall good experience. This facility has a very caring and warm staff. Very happy with the friendliness of the nurses and front desk. The anastigiogyst was also very nice and informative. I was nervous because I didn’t meet her until the day of my daughters procedure and she made me feel like there wasn’t anything to worry about. I would definitely come back again if necisary but God willing we won’t need to.
