I’ve accompanied 2 people to outpatient surgeries at this surgical center. The staff is efficient, caring and friendly. I was impressed with their cross verification process of medical information. Haven’t seen the OR but the waiting room, pre-op and post-op rooms are clean.

This is the second time my little girl had to come to this center for surgery. She was 3 the first time and now she is 4. Honestly, I can’t say enough wonderful things. The ladies up front are so kind. The nurses are so so so sweet as was the anesthesiologists! Hopefully she won’t need anymore surgery but if she does, this is where I’d want her to come!

Based on my experience. The Good: Pre-op nurses. Very kind. The Bad: The facility itself is very inefficient. My 11:30am outpatient surgery started almost 2 hours late. This caused some problems I’m not gonna post.

I had to have surgery and I don’t remember the name of this nurse but she was so nice and made sure I was calm while I was going under today. I just remember she was young, brunette, and was in the OR. Toni was also sweet too. I appreciate when medical staff are caring so I wanted to make sure the people in charge knew.

Waited hours for my dad to have work done on him. We had to go three days in a row. The first day we waited about 4 hours. So we asked if the next day we could come in later or be seen earlier. They said tomorrow will be better if we came in at 9am. We would only have to wait 30 minutes or so. 4 hours later still haven’t been seen. 🙄. Yes the staff is nice but the unorganized way this company works is terrible. I had surgery done at a place in mineola and they were 100 times better then this place. How can you have people wait 4 hours while they haven’t eaten or drank anything. They need to find a better way of organizing. Other patients sitting in the waiting room all going through the same issues waiting hours before they are ready for you. Don’t tell people to come in at 7:30 am just to wait 4 hours. If you are heading here be prepared to be disappointed. I don’t review much but I had to help someone avoid this. Wish I knew before hand.
