Just Another Face In The Crowd

I came in here for strabismus surgery. They were phenomenal. They do everything to make you comfortable and are super thorough in what to expect after surgery. Nothing shocked or startled me. Dr. Safran is wonderful and did amazing work. Not only am I more confident because my strabismus was fixed and fixed correctly, but the migraines associated with it are gone so my quality of life has improved.

As a 64 yr old whose surgical history consists of a c-section (spinal block)30 yrs ago, I was more than a bit apprehensive at the thought of general anesthesia and surgery on my eye!! The experience I had at the Specialty Surgery center was above and beyond anything I expected. From the front desk to the post op team, I received the utmost in professional and courteous service. Dr. Merriam is absolutely wonderful. He explained everything, including the possibility of complications. He did it in such a manner that I was totally at ease. I can't thank them all enough!! I'm healing quite well and am very glad that I had this surgery here! Thank you all again!!

My young son had to have surgery done on both his eyes and this facility is just wonderful. They were so friendly and knowledgeable and made what would have otherwise been a terrifying experience so much easier. They were very comforting the entire time to me and my son and took incredible care of him, keeping us updated every step of the way. Would recommend and trust them 10/10!

Just needed to write so that all can know how wonderful this center is. The care you will receive is outstanding. Every detail has been thought through. You are greeted by a warm, light hearted receptionist that gets you all signed in. An exceptionally caring team of nurses gets you all prepped and ready, explaining all you need to know. Your anesthesiologist and your doctor make sure to stop in while you are with the nurse to be sure you know exactly what will be going on. Then, really - they have a massage therapist there to help relax you before your surgery, toast and coffee will await you when you're finished, and you are sent home with a beautiful flower! Thank you for making this an incredible experience - and I can see!!!!!!
