The billing department needs to step up on their game Say. When billing is on vacation they need to put that on their phone so people are aware of that. I've called multiple times and finally when I reached my biller to pay my bill she advised me that she was on vacation and normally people call her back if she doesn't return their calls in a day or two that's really unprofessional so you get a minus star for that....

Amazing experience with Dr. Polynice and his entire staff. I had a BA done through this off 9/9/20. From my first consult the office staff was beyond helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to assist me in reaching my goals. Everything was outlined and explained thoroughly to me from the beginning. Dr. Polynice is patient, and thorough. He is an amazing Plastic Surgeon. My surgery went smoothly, very little pain post op, and I am beyond thrilled with my results. I can not recommend him more highly. I belong to a lot of groups re: BA, and i did not experience a lot of issues many girls do. Dr. Polynice is an artist, and a gifted surgeon
