I had a wonderful experience at this surgery center. The staff was a pleasure, professional and caring. Dr. Dobriner performed my surgery and diagnosis, and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Dr. Devitri Moti was my anesthesiologist and she was as well extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very thorough. Everyone was attentive, answered any questions and handled me with as a family member. The staff called my wife about an hour before I was to be discharged so to provide enough time to pick me up. I highly recommend this medical facility.

Absolutely the worst experience here. Was supposed to have foot surgery and it didn't happen because a nurse with an attitude and this anesthesiologist failed to tell me not to take a certain med on Friday during the pre-surgery phone call. So it was a complete waste of time. The place is archaic, no one was in masks, their was an attitude from the moment we walked in. Never again.

The ProHEALTH Ambulatory Surgery Center is a wonderful asset to the Lake Success Quadrangle. I’m so glad this center is close by and I didn’t need to make a trip to the hospital. I’d like to share my gratitude to the following people who took care of me. I hope this review is shared with them and they receive recognition from their superiors. Tina, RN- She made me feel at ease getting admitted. She didn’t stop caring and her endless delivery of warm blankets was the best. Loretta, RN- She put my IV in painlessly. I barely felt the stick and had to ask her if it was actually in. PA (forget her name!)- She had a wonderful bedside manner and answered all my questions patiently. It was nice to see her back in the OR when I arrived. Dan, RN- he escorted me to the OR and his jokes made me smile even though I was in a panic. Diane, RN- I couldn’t have asked for a better recovery nurse. She’s beyond skilled and kind in this area of medicine. I felt so comfortable with her when I woke up. It was comforting to know she was by my side for anything I needed. Erin, RN- She was so caring in the discharge process. I’m so glad I had her in my care team! I had umbilical hernia surgery and I’m grateful these folks were part of my care for the procedure. They are phenomenal professionals and it shows they all love what they do.

I had a wonderful experience at this surgery center. The staff was a pleasure, professional and reassuring. My shoulder surgery was scheduled for 8:45am. Checked in at 6:45am in order to sign any needed documents and prep for surgery. Everyone was attentive, answered any questions and handled me with great care. One thing to note is that visitors can't stay or wait and only patients can remain the the waiting/seating area. As much as some people might find this policy annoying, the waiting/seating area is quiet and tranquil. I appreciated not having to deal with crowds, extended family, kids/guest in the way and or taking over the environment. The staff called my wife about an hour before I was to be discharged so to provide enough time to pick me up. I highly recommend this facility! No issues, everything went off on time and without any issues.

This Is my cousins 6th time here and was made to feel so horrible! This had never happened before and when we asked for a supervisor her badge was turned around and when asked for a business card was told there was none !
