Good day. I had Cataract eye surgery here on November 6 and 20th. And let me tell you it's the best place. On November 6th I was very nervous but the nursing staff made me feel at ease. Nicole and Ani were my nurses on the 20th and they both were great. All the staff at this place are very professional and kind hearted. They treat you like family the pla e was very clean and smelled very good I would recommend this place to anyone who needs out ptice t surgery

I was sent here from my spine care provider to do microdiscectomy on my lower lumbar. I was told to come here 3:30 in the afternoon when my surgery was at 5pm so I can sign paperwork and get prepared for the surgery. The place was clean and quiet. I was the only patient there at the time. The receptionist was very kind and cordial. After few minutes I was sent inside where I changed to the gown and was being prepared for the surgery. My procedure lasted about an hour performed by my spine care doctor. All the nurses and staff were very kind and reassuring that everything will be okay. After the surgery I was sent to the recovery room and then sent home the same day. Great place for outpatient surgery with great staff and overall clean operation room.

I’m a healthcare professional and I’m disappointed in how terrible the service here was. The nurse gave us the wrong information about how the procedure went probably to get us to stop asking questions. Told us they were able to only remove 1 lump but then 10 days later the surgeon informed us both lumps were removed. Was also sharing PHI in a busy waiting room but wanted to make a point and ask my family member if I had permission to know how the procedure went. Definitely didn’t ask the guys sitting right next to us listening to the entire conversation. I should have known how this was going to go from the reaction the office manager had to us walking into the waiting room. It was a party of 4 of us but we were being dropped off. However the manager made such a commotion as soon as we walked in saying “Oh my god, no no no” and had the most disgusted look on her face from across the room in a very packed waiting room. My family member also stumbled out of the back with no recollection of what happened and what information they gave. When I asked the nurse to tell us the info he says “oh you probably don’t remember because of the anesthesia”. Are you kidding me? Are you surprised your patient doesn’t remember anything after you dumped all the info on her before she was completely awake? I work in surgery and this was appalling. Never never never would a patient be treated like this where I work. I really hope your leadership puts in the time and effort to improve your patient experience.
