Skam. The appointment is at 5:30. There are 13 people in front of you. So you'll be seeing the doctor in three hours. You ask - why you gave me appointment on 5:30, and the answer is a mumble. Not recommend.
I didn't think there were such doctors in this world as Dr. Moshenyat, a gastroenterologist. He cured me, which many doctors would not even pay attention to. Great respect to him
The doctors are great❤️❤️ but the staff there is horrible. The two young ladies at the front desk that's in these pictures are the worst receptionist. They are food and unprofessional. Every time I come here I have a problem with the reception desk. Customer service is not everybody's field. They have this nonchalant attitude in these are people lives that they are dealing with here. I will be reporting this to the HR department this is unacceptable. The Russian Lady Hispanic baby baby baby black I don't know but the two ladies in the pictures that's posted. Are the worst they need to find a new job really.
I would have given 5 stars, but at my first initial appointment, the slim receptionist was very unprofessional. She completely turned me off. The other receptionist was very patient, kind, and professional. She was very informative so far as explaining what the procedures were for this location. So there was a $25 dollar copay for the doctor and $50 for the actual procedure. After my first experience with the receptionist, whose attitude was totally unacceptable, I didn't want to come back. But, I decided to anyway. The staff in the back were completely professional and caring. It's very clean. I felt safe and comfortable. I would recommend this location to others. Update: PLEASE REMOVE YOUR CHAIN FROM YOUR NECK. My neck was burning yesterday. I didn't really notice what could have caused it. They put a mouthpiece around your neck to hold it in place, and I guess it was against my chain extremely tight, causing discomfort and a mark on the neck from my chain.
Upon my arrival at the office, I approached the front desk to inform them of my appointment. I was asked to write down my name and provide the copay. Unfortunately, I had forgotten my wallet and asked if they could bill me for the copay. The staff member at the front desk told me to be seated and informed me that the doctor would see me shortly. At this time, I was the only patient in the office. As other patients began to arrive, I noticed that the doctor was taking patients who had come in after me. Concerned about the delay, I approached the front desk to inquire about when I would be seen. The staff member responded angrily, stating that I would not be seen until I paid the copay. I explained that I had been instructed to sit and wait for the doctor, at which point the doctor came out. I explained the situation to him, and he assured me that he would see me right after the patient he had just called in. I agreed and sat back down. However, the doctor proceeded to call in another patient after finishing with the current one, despite his assurance. This pattern continued for three more patients. Each time, I reminded the doctor of his promise to see me next, and each time he reassured me that I would be seen after the current patient. After waiting for three hours without being seen, I approached the staff and the doctor once again. I expressed my frustration and asked why I was repeatedly told that I would be seen next if that was not going to be the case. Despite their reassurances, I was not seen by the doctor. I find this treatment unacceptable and unprofessional. Not only was I misled about when I would be seen, but I also experienced significant inconvenience and distress due to the long wait time and the rude behavior of the staff. This incident has caused me to lose trust in the medical practice and question the quality of care provided. His staff (front desk) in which is his mother as well needs to be fired. A Dr. swore an oath before he became a doctor he should not be taking orders from the staff. He should always be looking to do the right thing.
