I recently visited this clinic for an endoscopy procedure, and I was extremely satisfied with the care I received. The entire staff was very professional, kind, and attentive. Medical assistant Kimberly was especially wonderful – she is such a polite and pleasant person. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable, even while preparing me for my upcoming colonoscopy. The nurses were also excellent. Caroline did an amazing job – I usually have a hard time with IVs, but she found the vein quickly and easily, showing real skill and experience. Maria was also very kind, attentive, and explained everything well, which helped me feel at ease. And of course, Sophia Novak is simply an outstanding professional and a truly wonderful person. Her expertise and compassionate approach made a big difference in my overall experience. Overall, I am very grateful to the entire team for their professionalism and care. Thank you so much to everyone at the clinic for making this experience so smooth and stress-free!

The waiting room has a swarm of mosquitoes! What in the world? The staff knows and have bug repellent and a handheld electric bug swatter. This is crazy! I got bit 10 times in my 5 mins waiting in the waiting room and had to stand outside. Unbelievable. If the center is reading this, you know you have a problem, yet you are not doing enough to resolve the problem.

The wait can be long, but I've been three times for various procedures and have always noticed how hard-working the entire staff is. Busy, but always kind and patient. Each time I've gone, I've remarked to friends and family how great the staff is--they work as a team very well. If it is taking a while to get in and get your procedure, it may be because they are giving extra care to someone inside who needs it.

This place is truly a professional atmosphere. From the first moment I entered until I left I was treated with respect and concern for my privacy. The nurse, Tamara, was exceptionally kind, Dr Spencer, the anesthesiologist was very reassuring and gentle, and most importantly the Dr, Dr Baradarian, was reassuring, quick, efficient and very professional. Thank you all for a positive experience!
