I had to have and out patient procedure and I must say this center was great. The staff made me feel so comfortable and they were on time. I watched how they interacted with each other and they presented as a team. This was very good to see especially as a patient. If I had to have another outpatient procedure, I would utilize this location. Thank you so much.

Dr. Khmoiv (Sorry If I butchered it) 10/10, my experience with him was great. He was great with explaining what procedures I needed done and why I needed them. However, something that didn't sit well with me was I overheard a patient speaking to a nurse. The patient clearly didn't understand English, and she proceeded to mimic his accent when he did not understand what she was saying; continued to tell him what to do with that EXACT accent. Other nurses were laughing in the back, and I just honestly think it's unethical to do something like this to a sick patient?!?! Although my experience was great, some of the nurses here don't treat the patients how they should be treated!!!!

I recently visited Queen Surgical Center and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The staff was rude and spoke down to me, and I also witnessed them treating other patients disrespectfully. This kind of behavior makes an already stressful situation much worse. I believe that patients deserve to be treated with courtesy, respect, and dignity, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope the center addresses these issues so future patients are treated better.

I give this facility and their staff 100 stars! I have to say that the attention and care that they all gave me not just the doctor who performed my surgery but the ENTIRE staff was beyond words. In 2018 I had bunion removal surgery at a different location and with a different doctor. Needless to say that the doctor botched my feet the hardware he placed in my feet had to be removed because they were coming out literally out of my foot like you can see it poking out. Anyway, I came across this amazing location and Dr. David. I am so thankful for their service for how they made me feel. They took really good care of me and for that I will be eternally grateful.
