It's always a great indicator when a doctors office has a sign on the wall (in every exam room) about how they're happy to report any "aggressive" behavior. Funny, because reception during making the appointment was cursing over the phone to the point it was uncomfortable... Dr. Wesp lacked empathy, understanding and emotional intelligence; did not build trust at any point during the breif visit. Instead was quite egotistical and narcissistic almost bringing the patient to the point of tears due to her behavior and remarks. When asked to sent the imaging orders to a local facility that had several locations also in SF she refused and wanted it done across the street pointing in the most demeaning manner to the building. She did not communicate or call after having to endure imaging at the worst facility ever experienced. Her office never responded to the voicemail left...

I couldn't have asked for a better surgical team to perform my surgery. Emergency surgery was needed and everybody went above and beyond to make sure that I get the proper care. I have no complaints! Thank you CSV surgical team. Dr. Sutherland, Dr. Rajanna & Natalia were amazing.

Dr. Eric Minns and his team were simply amazing. From my first consult, to my procedure and my post op appointments, everything was explained clearly to me. Dr Minns took his time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. He is straight forward with a good sense of humor and spoke to me like we were friends. I am so happy that I found him and even hugged him on my final visit as I am so happy with his work.

My family and I had such an amazing experience here, my mom had a knee replacement surgery. Dr Carothers was incredible and so nice and patient. The whole nursing staff was so great and supportive. Our first nurse was an absolute rockstar, Caroline was so reassuring and comforting. I could not have asked for a better staff for my mothers surgery! They all talked us through every part of pre/surgery/post in depth making sure we understood what was going to happen and what needed to happen post surgery. This is the most prepared I have ever felt for a surgery. I cannot express my gratitude for the staff, I don’t know everyone’s names but they all praised my mother for how well she was doing and I truly believe she’s doing so well because of how caring they all were.

Cancer really does stink but good care and supportive, knowledgeable medical staff make all the difference in the world. Dr. Helms was thorough, patient, attentive, and answered all our questions - and there were many. He never made us feel as though he had to move on to the next patient and assuaged many of our fears. Given our current reality, we left the visit with him knowing we could not possibly be in better hands and feeling very blessed.
