Dr. Mainero and the team were very professional and comforting. I was relaxed before the procedures and were very caring after the procedures, making sure that I was aware coming out of the anesthesia. I was given detailed written results of the procedures and they gave me the option to call in if I had any questions or concerns. Their offices were very clean and kept. They were very welcoming. It was an overall great experience. Thank you.

Dr. Pavlou and his staff went above and beyond to make this process a pleasant experience. Everyone that I encountered with his office/surgery center was very professional and nice, they explained everything in sufficient detail and went above and beyond to assist me from start to finish. Eleanor was so nice at the surgery center the day of my test, and Fran from his office did a great job rescheduling my appointment, and getting me in before the end of the 2025 year, she explained the coverage from my insurance, as well as the results from my procedure. Fran is great! Dr. Pavlou and his staff did a great job making what many perceive to be an uncomfortable experience very comfortable and seamless for me. I highly recommend Dr. Pavlou and his office.

Dr. Abraham is the best!!!! I’ve had an endoscopy with her and 2 colonoscopies, always on time and very professional, she is caring and thorough with her explanations, you never feel rushed, I trust her 100% completely! I sent a friends wife to her also a few years back, and they raved about her, I’d recommend her to anyone without hesitation, it feels like your mom is taking care of you! She is outstanding knowledgeable and the absolute best!!!!

From first appointment to procedure they were nothing but professional and efficient. First consultation appointment startered on time and the Dr took his time explaining everything to me. Scheduling of my procedure was fast. I was in and out of the office within a little over an hour the day of the procedure! The staff is friendly and efficient! They are a well oiled machine..

Doctor Pavlou and his staff ARE THE BEST. I wanted to share my experience from last week for anyone who’s been putting off a colonoscopy out of fear. I was absolutely one of those people. I’m 49, generally avoid medical procedures, and tend to stick to the bare minimum when it comes to conventional healthcare. I even tried to talk myself into alternatives like Cologuard just to delay this. My wife finally convinced me to schedule it, and I’m genuinely glad I did. I used the Sutab pill prep, which I chose after hearing horror stories about liquid prep. My procedure time was 1:30 PM, and I expected the worst, stomach pain, being stuck in the bathroom all night, feeling miserable. But that wasn’t the case at all. The day before was surprisingly lenient: I could have had a low-fiber breakfast and lunch, but ended up fasting lightly since I’m used to it. I still had coffee, soda, Gatorlyte, and water. I took the first bottle of pills at 6 PM, bracing myself… and honestly, it was uneventful. A few trips to the bathroom, zero pain, and a very manageable “flush out.” I watched TV and went to bed around 1 AM feeling totally fine. The morning of, I took simethicone and the second bottle of pills. Another easy round of clean-out, and I stopped clear liquids at 9:30 AM, even had coffee earlier without an issue. My anxiety, however, was off the charts. I was practically shaking on the drive over. When I checked in and they casually asked if I had a will, I nearly bailed. But I kept going. The nurse was kind, and while I hate needles, the IV was quick and practically painless. I panicked again when they wheeled me into the room, seeing the equipment set me off, but the anesthesiologist gave me something to calm me before the propofol. Next thing I knew, I was waking up in recovery feeling relaxed and totally pain-free. I was alert within minutes. I felt close to normal for the rest of the day and honestly could have driven if necessary. In the end, I worked myself up over something that turned out to be simple, smooth, and almost shockingly easy. For anyone terrified like I was: it’s truly not as bad as you imagine. I can't recommend this place enough and I can't believe that I'm even LOOKING FORWARD to my follow up.
