Well in advance provided clear, complete written materials re what to expect and how to prepare for the procedure, including phone number to call with questions, answered by nurse. On site, everything ran on time and each practitioner (nurses, anesthesiologist, surgeon) was kind, professional, efficient yet patient in answering questions. I always knew exactly what would be happening and why. And all performly seamlessly as a team. I was extremely impressed.

My experience at the Hanover Endoscopy Center could not have been better. I did not wait at all to check in and once my paper work was complete my name was called and I went in to be prepped for my colonoscopy. My nurse, Rebecca was informative and kind. I met my doctor, Dr Sui, prior to the procedure as well as after and he was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me. My anesthesiologist also explained everything clearly. The procedure went quickly and smoothly and my after care nurse Erich, was also kind and helpful. All in all an excellent experience. Thank you!

Was greeted with a smile on arrival. Did not see a sourpus in the house. My intake nurse was great. The procedure nurse was excellent. The recovery nurse was super. And Dr Blumberg was the best. All around very good experience and professional.

My experience was good. The office staff was very friendly. My nurse Jaime was wonderful & took great care of me. Dr Siu reassured me that I was in good hands as did my anesthesiologist. Everyone that I encountered along my journey that day went above & beyond to make me feel comfortable. The facility was also very clean! I wouldn't hesitate to use Hanover Endoscopy again should I need to.

From the moment I arrived and checked in I was greeted with a good morning and a smile. When I was escorted inside the nurse was very friendly and put me at ease. She explained everything that was going to go on and answered all my questions. The anesthesiologist came in and again very friendly and explained everything. I met with the Dr. He went over the procedure. When in recovery the nurse was attentive to my needs making sure all was well. The entire staff was simply excellent. I would definitely recommend this facility.
