This facility is fantastic. i first received a call from the scheduling department to advise me of my arrival time and procedure time. The women was exceptionally friendly and helpful while answering my questions. On the day of arrival, i was greeted by the front desk staff. They were very busy, but still made time to smile, say hello and ask how my day was going while providing the registration paperwork. Next, I was escorted to the pre-op area. All of the nurses and assistances are extremely knowledgeable and just generally nice people. After my procedure I was taken to the recovery area. Once again the nurses were terrific. They provided complete written discharge instructions as well as verbal instructions. This facility and staff exceeded my expectations. This facility is run with military precision by a young man Brian.

I’ve been going to the surgery center for quite sometime and I always have great experience with the nurses and staff. Brian Fortanno the supervisor in charge really saved my life by constantly talking to me about the importance of taking my blood pressure medication he’s a very warm hearted person who cares about the patients that comes through the facility.

Worst surgery center I have ever seen in my life. Please don’t risk your life!! I was rushed to go into the surgery room for my neck fusion and rushed to get out of the surgery center. I was very rushed in the morning signing too many papers and asking me questions even while I’m changing so they don’t waste time because the patient after me canceled and the nurse told me that they are excited to go home early. I was in the surgery room in 30 minutes after I got into the back room ( that was the time of the srgery preparation) the nurse forgot to take my temperature and check my blood pressure that I had to remind her to do it! I told her that my temperature was 99.4 last night and she said that’s fine. I felt very ill and weak after the surgery, I was dizzy couldn’t eat and I vomited right in front of the nurse while my daughter was bringing the car to the front door and she still sent me home. my daughter asked them for instruction after the surgery. She told her that the doctor will speak with you tomorrow and I went home with no information about anything. The General instruction form they gave me was blank, with no check marks on anything I should do with the nurse signature on the bottom!! I have a copy of it. I can post it if I have to. The after the Surgery check up call they did. I told the person I spoke with that I had a very bad experience and she didn’t even bother to ask me why I felt that way. I advise anyone not to use this surgery center specially if you are going to have a big surgery.

I’m sorry to read all these poor reviews so I must share I have nothing negative to say about my experience here. The transition from check in to preop, surgery to recovery was smooth. The staff from nurses to surgical techs were friendly and welcoming and explained everything. You can really tell they love their jobs which isn’t all too common these days.

I have been to this surgery center twice for minor, 20 minute procedures. Both times, I was told to arrive at 5:30am. Both times, I left my house at 4:30am and arrived on time. BOTH times, the main doors to the building were locked at 5:30am and I had to find an open side door. The stack of paperwork is completely unreasonable and should be offered to patients to complete during some sort of online check in. It’s 2022 and there is a pandemic going on. No one should be sitting in a waiting room to fill out 20+ pages of repetitive information. And if you plan to read anything you’re signing, you’ll need an hour or more. The worst thing about this center is the wait time. If a patient arrives for a scheduled procedure at 5:30am, they should not still be waiting to begin the procedure after 8am. There is no excuse for this whatsoever. The nurses and techs are wonderful but they can only do so much. You are treating patients who are in pain, and you are keeping them waiting uncomfortably for hours without reason or explanation. 0/10 would not recommend.
