They fraudulently charge you between $300 and $500 before your colonoscopy and endoscopy. The insurance pay 100% for the procedure, and and anesthesia, and they refuse to give you your money back, although they got paid 100% in full. They just fraudulently keep your money that they took before the procedure.

They were excellent. Every encounter with my care team and the front desk was amazing. Very caring place with loads of patience for the many patients they are serving. I was highly impressed!

I was terrified to have a colonoscopy procedure. I was literally shaking with fear and having an anxiety attack in the waiting room. Once I was called into the back, things moved quickly and efficiently. The nurses were not only highly skilled — they were kind, calm, and reassuring. One nurse in particular (Regina) hugged me when I told her I was having an anxiety attack. I felt completely safe and cared for, which made all the difference for someone as anxious as I was. If you read some of the one-star reviews, you’ll notice that the most common complaint is the wait time. That part is true — I waited about an hour before being called back, and that was hard while already anxious. But in the end, the quality of care and compassion I received far outweighed the wait.

In the restroom the sink had slim coming out from it and it was moldy. I saw a roach on the wall. The restroom is only cleaned once a day. Last week someone urinated on the floor in the bathroom. When you see one roach that means that there's more. I'm very concerned about the building and roach issue that needs to be addressed. The sink gets clogged up.
