I had foot surgery on 8/7 and was very nervous especially after reading these reviews. All I can say is my experience was great! We arrived at 645am and I was called within 5mins to go get changed and ready for the surgery. The staff was so welcoming and sweet the nurse went over everything with me and made sure I absolutely understood everything. Before she was done my iv was in the anesthesiologist was introducing himself to me and giving me my tap. My dr was there and we were all ready to go. I was in by 710am and out by 915am. Was given juice and crackers and sat with until I fully came out of the anesthesia. They helped me get dressed and rolled me out to my fiancé. They called me the next day to make sure I was doing okay. Thank you to all the staff that made my surgery experience a success!

This center is completely inept in its ability to actually care for its patients. Please be aware that you will not be allowed to take any family member in with you before the procedure. My mother is completely blind and they would not let me accompany her. They claimed that it was for sterile purposes, but I've been allowed to be with her before in the same type of procedure. They also insisted they could take care of her. Instead I come to find out they refused to listen to her pain during the procedure, and then continued to ignore a blind ALONE woman in pain afterwards. Every time she told a nurse or staff member that she would like to see the doctor, they did not relay her message. And since she was blind she did not know when the doctor was coming by to catch his attention. The doctors never came to check up on her and see how she was doing. Eventually, I received a call from one of the nurses to inform me that my mom would be coming out soon. She didn't. Instead I get a call from my mom's cell phone and she's crying telling me that she wants to go and that she's in pain. They only brought her out after I spoke to the receptionist. I do not recommend this place. Please don't take your loved ones here.

I took a family member to get a neuroblock procedure for pain management done today, and have some concerns with what I saw. Firstly, the facility overbooked the time slot, and there were not enough seats available for the patients, all of who have some kind of pain management issue, with several using canes, or other assistive devices which means they should not be made to stand for long. After overreaching the schedule time by two hours, they took my family member, while I waited in the car lot until they finished. A further two hours later, they had not made contact, so I called the nurse station three times over the span of 30 minutes for an update where all calls went unheeded. Eventually I went inside myself to the reception area, which was completely unmanned by any staff. Eventually, a kind receptionist came to the door to assist me, but it is a huge red flag and issue to not be able to get a simple update on family to ensure that they are at least being monitored and to get there status. Very serious reservations about this groups practice.

Very disappointed in this facility. My daughter had foot surgery and they would not let me in with her both before procedure and after. It was her first surgical procedure and she was nervous. She was asking for them to get me and they wouldn’t due to “rules” I have had many procedures before and never had that experience. Please know that if you go to this facility you will be ALONE before and after the procedure!! I definitely will not go there again!
