Everyone!!! Was fantastic! Patient, Friendly, Knowledgeable, Gentle, Assuring Supportive, and so so CARING! The atmosphere is positive, light and comforting! Not a frown to be had! You can tell everyone loves their role / position/ job- although I hesitate to use the word ‘ job’ bc what I experienced and witnessed was such a love for helping and understanding ! You don’t get a fearful, anxious, dreadful energy! You get a wonderful feeling of respect, knowledge and uplifting vibes! The whole experience is calm and reassuring! Everyone did their part and I felt safe and cared for! I am letting all my friends and family know and telling them to go to this wonderful Doctor and Nurses! Thank you so much!

The Doctor and the Entire Staff are all so Very Nice… They make you comfortable from the minute you get in there till the time you leave. And don’t forget the great personality of the anesthesiologist!!! It was also painless. I Highly Recommend Them…

Dr. Glazier was great. He listened to my concerns prior to my procedure and appeared to be receptive. My experience with The support staff, however, was a different story. The stack of literature and forms provided to me prior to the procedure had some pages which appeared to be copies made from another copy; I'm told they were not very legible; when I was contacted with the arrival time for my procedure, no instructions were reviewed with me. The individual only asked if I had questions. I am blind with no physical limitations. Although they were polite throughout the process, two different nurses thought they should help me dress. So belittling! It wasn't enough that I politely declined the first time. It came up two more times. The explanation I received upon my objection was that all patients are required to receive assistance due to the anesthesia's potential fall risks. However, the discussion about helping me to dress began prior to the procedure when I was asked to undress for it. Doesn't exactly make me want to return for another one.
