if anyone is having apprehensions about getting a surgical procedure done here you have absolutely nothing to worry about. I felt at ease from the moment I walked in the door to when I was wheeled out (literally) the nurses and staff are amazing, and the whole experience was a lot less stressful than I anticipated. I'd get cut open here again :)

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I’ve had surgery scheduled for 2.5 months and they call 6 days before surgery stating I owe $2200 or they aren’t performing the surgery. I was offered a payment plan and had several questions so I was advised they would speak with Paul and call back regarding my concerns. (I have never received any type of breakdown or bill from them showing how they calculate the $2200) They called back and said they now are taking the payment plan off the table (even though I have it in writing) and want the full $2200 up front just because I asked questions. Fast forward to today 5 days before my surgery when I sent them an email advising I spoke with my HSA provider and would leave my debit card on file until the funds cleared from the HSA and they now flat out said they are refusing to do my surgery all together. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS PLACE, their customer service is absolutely horrific. They should call patients well ahead of time notifying them of procedures and potential for possibly payment up front not less than a week before surgery.

first off my name is not becky frye. this is a falsified name. let's just call me jr who was there at the surgery center this past tuesday. I cannot say enough about this group of medical professionals including Dr. Shanti... Quality performance from beginning to end. I came back to this location with this pain management professional because of the professional and quality performance I received about a year and half before. Felt very comfortable being there and knew that I would be well taken care of and was not concerned about feeling any pain. I have spread the word out there many many times to people about my experience at this site. I want to thank ALL of you for making me feel comfortable and unconcerned being there. Again... great job you deserve 5 stars and more!

I went to west Morris surgery center and had 4 procedures done on my knees that I had pain in for over 22+ years. From the front desk all the way back to recovery every thing was professionally done. Except for the last Visit the anesthesia doctor did not put me under, in which I and my pre-op nurse and my doctor requested Several times but he Refused to do so, but the last 3 times I had no problems going under anesthesia. In the or room my doctor looked at the anesthesia doctor but he still refused. So I had the procedure done anyway. And with whatever he gave me was not enough. I felt alot of pain. And I know my doctor felt bad for me. BUT I would definitely suggest this place to everyone. 5 stars from me...

I had foot surgery last month at West Morris Surgery Center. I have never in all my 55 years been treated so kindly, spoken to and truly listened to, by a medical facility and health care specialists. It is rare patients are given the time of day, let alone ample time for all that is about to happen to be thoroughly exxplained. NOT HERE!!!! I was completely involved with the process of what was going to go on before and after the surgery. I have never felt safer or more confident in the doctors and staff that cared for me! The facility was immaculate, and had state of the art technology. I have never seen operating theatres so well equipped and well run. Being in the Health Sciences for 30 years, I really was impressed. I was taken care of by Emma, who was my nurse, and also the nurse who had called me days earlier to take all of my information. Because I had pre existing medical conditions, I needed special care before the surgery began. Even though this was included with all my Pre Op papers, she made it a point to go over it in depth with me on our initial phone call. What truly got my respect from this office was the fact that she made another phone call to me, days later, to put my mind at ease that she had spoken directly to the Anesthesiologist about my pre op care and told me he was aware of my situation and reiterated that all would be done as per my doctors recommendations! I was immediately at ease, as this was the first time someone took the time to make sure it was a necessity. Twice prior to this, in two different hospitals, these recommendations were not carried out and unfavorable conditions occured! After I was checked in, she stayed at my bedside until my surgery began. I also met my Anesthesiologist, Dr. Vijay Gupta, who checked on me several times before surgery to make sure I had the right dosages of medication before they could start my procedure. Dr. Pizanno, who was my surgeon also came to my bedside making sure I was ok and if I had any questions and to alleviate any worries I might have had. There were no worries at all, I knew I was in the most capable hands. And yet again, the comfort and knowledge of knowing I was being monitored by different medical personnel eased my mind. I cannot say enough about this Surgery Center or the Medical Staff that truly cares, not only about the best outcome of your procedure, but the true love of their jobs shine thru just by the way you are cared for. That is something that can’t be faked!!! And for that alone, I would recommend this Center to any and all who are looking not only for great medical care, but for the experience of getting great health care which includes compassion, respect and the explanation of all aspects of your medical journey while in their care.
