I am not sure how to start this comment since this is related to billing / accounting issue. Unfortunately, it is also part of this center. I had my ACL surgery at this facility in Jan and paid my full balance in credit card initially. However, there was an error to use wrong code by my insurance company that caused me overpay my surgery charge. Meanwhile, I already start my physical therapy and my deductible was closed to max amount. After confirming with my insurance, I only need to pay the partial surgery cost and the rest will be paid by my insurance (we also did a three-way conversation to reconcile / confirm that the insurance did pay the rest amount). In the past 7 months, call the billing department asking for refund back-and-forth and each time has different excuses that the refund was not processed yet. I don't understand why it is so hard to refund at this facility compared to other refunds like product return. It was very frustrated. I wish I can give zero star.

This facility should have there accreditation revoked, after calling them at least 4 times just today, they could not be more incompetent, non caring and cold towards their patients. They could not answer any of the questions I asked, just kept repeating that they cannot see any of the bills I was calling about. So if there are any patients that are thinking about going to this facility, don’t. Go somewhere else where you will get better care and comfort. This facility should be reported to the medical board for the mishandling of the billing and business practices. There billing practices take 3-6 months before they even process anything. Prescribed medication to my father and as we were leaving, they told us never mind. He can’t take that medication. It’s not for people with his condition so why was it even Prescribed. Was told to check in on the kiosk and told to wait and then they told me why i didn't fill out the forms. I asked what forms??? He said one second and after 20 minutes of waiting for the form he came back out and asked if the form was completed.

Had foot surgery yesterday, Staff was very warming and welcoming. Nurses were amazing with my care before and after. I loved it here. Anesthesiologist Rosana love her! Dr Khakimov is also amazing I recommend this place ! 10/10
