Dr. Mark Friedberg performed cataract surgeries on my left eye on 9/9 and on my right eye on 9/23. Thank you to Dr. Friedberg who did an excellent job. I have not seen this clearly in many years. Dr. Friedberg is extremely professional, thorough, patient and caring. He dotted every “i” and crossed every “t”, answered every question that I had and successfully addressed the issues that I have with my equilibrium when I lay on my back. Thank you also to the staff at Midatlantic, especially Elana, who answered numerous questions that my wife and I both had. I highly recommend Dr. Mark Friedberg and the Midatlantic Eye Center.

100% Total negligence. My mom has seen Dr Friedberg for many years and never had any issues with him ever .A few years ago she has had to switch to the other Dr in the office for other eye issues. Dr Susan D’Emic . A few days ago my mom came in to see Dr D’Emic because her eye looked really horrible like you looked at it and just knew it was bad. My 86 year old mother who has Parkinson’s and just had a fall weeks prior was in a wheelchair and unable to stand to get into the eye exam chair . Dr Susan D’Emic would not even come out of her office room to even just look at it . Yes you read that right , she would not even look at it because she couldn’t get her in the exam chair . I understand you can’t make an accurate diagnosis without getting her in the chair but the first step in any exam is to actually look at the patient.100% total negligence. You couldn’t just look at it and based on what you saw came up with a plan to get her examined? Shame on you.

I had cataract surgery by Dr Friedberg at Riverview Medical Center. I can’t thank him enough for making it easy to have the surgery as I am 83. His expertise and caring are great and I can see better. It’s amazing what he did for me..

I had cataract surgery performed at Mid Atlantic eye center. I find Dr Friedberg a thorough and knowledgeable professional. I would highly recommend him. As to office staff, my overall experience has been somewhat mixed. A few need to be more courteous.

I have been a patient at Midatlantic Eye Clinic in Redbank New Jersey for over 10 years. I recently found out I had cataracts. I was afraid to get the cataract surgery because the eye with the cataract is the only eye that I have good sight in, so you can only imagine how fearful I was of the surgery. Dr. Mark Friedberg put all of my worries to rest. He performed the surgery on me and I see better now than I have in years. he is a wonderful Surgeon And explains everything to you and makes you feel comfortable. He and his entire team are a wonderful group of providers. If you have trouble with your eyes or need cataract surgery, he is number one in Monmouth County as far as I am concerned, so you should try to get in to see him. Thank you Dr. Friedberg for giving me my sight back, you are a excellent surgeon.
