This place is bad. They run really behind so if your appointment is at 1 prepare to be seen and treated at 3/4. It's a nightmare. My advice is to try and find another facility if you can. Too bad I can't give negative stars

I had surgery with Dr. Engelhardt about a year ago and the experience was honestly better than I expected. I was nervous walking in, but the front desk and medical team were really nice and made me feel comfortable right away. My pre-op nurse, Mirian Guevara, was great. She was gentle, patient, and explained things to me. The surgery went well and my recovery has been smooth. I'm thankful for my care team.

I had the best experience at NHSC. very professional staff, especially nurse Mariana. she is very sweet and very patient. she did my IV and it was painless. I would really recommend this surgery center

The experience today with all staff at New Horizon Surgical Center was amazing. They all was very professional, polite and answered all my questions. Doctor Basch was immensely patient and took the time to explain the procedure to me. I would be happy to recommend this Center to anyone. I had a positive experience in treatment, customer service, and overall process with all staff. I've had at least 5 procedures done here on my lower back and neck. The nurses and medical assistants are very nice, they are always on time and quick getting you in and out, not sitting there waiting around like other places. And they did a great job on my procedures. Dr. Weissman in particular was fantastic. Would highly recommend them.
