So I went to get a rhinoplasty consult from Dr. Trocki after getting assaulted by drunk off duty police. I walked in and the front secretaries were nice. Once I got in the back Dr. Trocki came in and I told him vaguely what had happened to me. He said the consult would be free but since it was a legal matter it would be $250 for the consult… strange. My nose shifts to my left a little bit after the assault and as a professional, this man wanted to see a forward faced picture of my nose before the assault, after showing him a few pictures he told me that it was not good enough. He asked me details about the assault and once I told him it was off duty police who assaulted me his whole demeanor changed. He had told me that he could not help me because he “wasn’t sure what my nose looked like before” so I asked him to just write me up an estimate. He told me it would be a few days….. I called a few times after those few days and finally got him on the phone for about a week of calling since I already had $250 into it. I asked him for my estimate and he was very unprofessional, yelled at me and hung up on me and told me he didn’t want to be involved. So I went there and he gave me a piece of note paper with the companies name on it that said “rhinoplasty $8000-$10000”. Disgusting.
