I had to go in for a procedure here and the staff was pleasant and accommodating from the start. From the registration desk staff to the recovery room staff, everybody was very nice and made me feel very comfortable with what I was going through. The anesthesiologist was beyond comforting and made me feel at ease. The entire staff made me feel like I was the only patient there. Things were on time for the most part and they were quick and efficient with getting me home.

last month is I had my septoplasty sinus surgery done at cares surgery Center and it was the best experience! The team there is incredibly kind and supportive and I received top-notch care. I appreciated the frequent communication leading up to and after my surgery and knew exactly what to expect before and after my procedure. The surgery center itself is comfortable and cozy, easily accessible with ample parking, and checking in was quick and efficient. The entire team - front desk nurses, my doctor and anesthesiologist - were amazing and put me completely at ease. Highly recommend!!

The most caring and kind group of health professionals that I have ever met, and my Dr Rousta is top notch,hands down one of the best Doctors I’ve come across,she gave me back my life and confidence after a long journey of one and a half years of really bad strabismus that had me depressed and hiding away from the world behind dark glasses .Thank you Dr Rousta and the caring staff at cares center,if I could give you guys 10 stars I would.👍👍

I don’t usually write reviews but I felt the need to do so today. My 8 year old son was seen here for a surgery and we had a really great experience. Every person we encountered from the front desk to the recovery room was welcoming, warm and friendly..and most especially in recovery. You can just tell that patient care was a main priority here. Surgery can be scary for kids and parents alike, but they made us feel very much as ease during the whole process and for that we are grateful!

If your doctor's office doesn't use the cares center go someplace else. I went to an office initially that was going to perform the procedure in a converted home office. I said... no way... cares center is an extension of st Peter's hospital. I felt like I was in good hands from the front desk Jasmin to the pre op nurse Marlene who was so nurturing with warm blankets to my awesome team Dr. K, Dr.S, and nurse Christine and Deris. Nurse Laura was my final stop making sure I was OK after the procedure and she was great with the care instructions and extra juice and graham crackers! Highly recommend you choose cares. Thank you cares team!
