I want to thank everyone at the Ambulatory Surgical Center for the wonderful care that I received on 1/14/26 when I was admitted for Sacral Neuromodulation surgery performed by Dr. Patricia Zahner. Everyone was very professional and caring. Everything was explained to me beforehand. They were extremely comforting in calming my nervousness. Thanks so much to Erin, Adele, Diane, Nancy (preop), Rosie, Luz, Jennifer (OR), Allan and Kathy. If I missed naming anyone personally, I sincerely apologize. I am grateful for the superb care I received.
Hello, I'd like to recognize Lori H. for exceptional service. She was the discharge nurse at Virtua Mount Holly hospital ambulatory surgery for Darren S. on 4 December 2025. I'm Darren's girlfriend , Pamela. Lori was very thorough and took the time to review all of the instructions and answered all of our questions. After she completed the instructions, I went outside to start my car up so it would be ready when she brought Darren outside. When I pushed my start button, it would not start. I assumed the battery was dead. This had not happened before. I think it was because I had left my hazard lights on while parked out front. So I went inside and told the lady at the desk. To my surprise Lori came out to help me. I had the portable car battery charger in the back of my car and didn't know how to use it. She took the time and showed me how to do it by demonstrating it herself. I went inside the car and it started right up. Then she took the cables off. Not only did she give us great discharge instructions but Lori went above and beyond to help me outside with my dead battery. I realize that she did not have to do that. So many people would think that it's not their problem. But she took the time to care. Thank you so much Lori. I'd also like to say "thank you" to the rest of the staff: Dr. Perzin. He has such a pleasant personality. He personally called me to let me know how the surgery went for Darren. I'd like to thank Dr Doshi, Erin Adele Diana (preop) Jenn (recovery) Gennie, Brittani, Karen (CNA). Everyone was very pleasant as soon as you walk in , you get smiles and they speak to you. Thank you again!
I had my surgery at Virtua Mount Holly on 11/25/25, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better team. Every single person who took care of me was kind, patient, and professional from start to finish. Dr. Fuseini and Dr. Chhina made me feel completely safe and informed throughout the entire process. Their calm explanations and reassurance helped ease my nerves so much. Emin and Aoik were wonderful and made sure I felt comfortable before going in. Sue (pre-op) and Candace (CRNA) were amazing—so attentive, comforting, and gentle. They checked on me constantly and made sure I understood everything happening. In the OR, Lori, Donna, and Rosie were phenomenal. They worked as such a great team, and their kindness made a stressful moment feel much easier. In recovery, Julie took exceptional care of me, making sure my pain was managed and that I had everything I needed. And finally, Jenn handled my discharge with so much patience and care, making sure I went home confident and informed. I’m extremely grateful for everyone who played a part in my surgery and recovery. Thank you all for treating me with such compassion and professionalism. You made a difficult day so much easier. ❤️
I experienced this surgery center today and all I can say is wow! I had such a pleasant team of medical professionals that from start to finish made my time there very comfortable and pleasant. Each Dr came and introduced themselves and told me what they were doing and made sure I had no questions. My nurses Diane and Jennifer were Angels, so nice and caring (I feel terrible that I can’t remember the name of my last nurse but she was equally as wonderful). A super clean facility, very easy check in progress and really no waiting around. For a day that I was expecting to be awful, they made it as painless as possible and really put me at ease. Thank you!
I want to express my heartfelt thanks to the entire surgery team and nursing staff. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. What stood out the most was how clearly they communicated every step of the procedure. I never had to ask what was happening—they explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and reassuring. Their calm, confident demeanor helped ease any anxiety I had going in. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their patients, and I felt very well taken care of. I’m truly grateful for their compassion and expertise. Thank you all so much!
