Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and professional. The wait was short, and the examination was efficient and smooth. Kerri at the front desk was wonderful, as she handled my insurance inquiries fast and answered all of my questions. Her smile and kindness made me feel at ease.

Usually everyone in this office is professional and very kind. They answer your questions and help you understand everything happening during an appointment with patience and care. Dr. Mandell, especially, is wonderful. However, once or twice I have had to face curt and disrespectful attitudes from staff and over the phone. The billing department was very patient, kind and courteous.
