All I cam say is WOW. What an amazing place. Every employee that works there is amazing, and they are all knowledgeable and caring. They all meet you with a smile and genuine kindness. You definitely feel ypu are in good hands as they are so professional and competent. What a great experience. I'd give them 100 stars if I could. The place is so spotless and whoever runs that place deserves a good star. It runs so well. If you are scheduled to have surgery there , don't worry, they will take good care of you.
My husband prepared for a colonoscopy on Monday because he was scheduled for a 7am colonoscopy. We had his vaccination card ready along with his id. The booster shot he received in December of 2021 was not written in on the card because we could not find his vaccination card at the time. When he found out he needed there to prove his booster he went online and showed the woman at the desk the proof. She saw the proof but she insisted he her it emailed to her. He did, twice. In the meantime they took the next patient ahead of him. Apparently it hadn’t Been received by the woman yet and she went back to ask the doc what she should do. He said it MuST be in the system first.🤬 they took yet another patient ahead of him. At this point my husband got too upset and left the premises! Now think about the preparation for a colonoscopy- no food, drinking all sorts of stuff to empty out, not much sleep the night prior- and they do not do procedure because of a booster?? Even with the vaccination and million boosters people can still get and have Covid! If you must require a Covid test days before then do that. This is horrible medical practice. A person should have these preventative tests not be demeaned this way. The vaccination is a a personal choice. It should not keep you from life saving preventative medical care!!! I’m sad about our country. I had my own colonoscopy scheduled in a few weeks- NOT going here-I will cancel and find a better more compassionate place.
I had to have a procedure at this facility , from scheduling to the day of the procedure everyone was so polite, compassionate and professional. My scheduler Cara , my chart analyst Nicole, pre-admission and pre-op nurse Kristi, operating/procedure room nurse Annie, surgical tech Dina, post-op nurse Erica, Dr. Liccin (anesthesia), and especially Dr. Armstrong who from the start has always been compassionate , professional, and has had my best interest in relieving my back pain. Again, thank you very much for making me feel very comfortable and at ease receiving this procedure at this facility. I would recommend the staff and this surgery center 💯 %.
Dr. Mastro has been my family physician, she is responsive to my questions and makes it very comfortable to relate about medical and emotional health issues. The entire staff at Atlantic Care are friendly and professional, making a positive experience for every visit.
