I am writing this message on my 45-minute ride home from surgery to express my profound gratitude for Betsy the anesthetist and my nurse, Farzana. I have a history of high blood pressure and, admittedly, haven't been taking my medication. Both Betsy and Farzana took the time to speak with me, offering sincere encouragement and stressing the importance of starting and sticking to my treatment. Their compassionate approach to this serious issue was truly outstanding. Beyond that, their overall service was exceptional. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive, and they made me feel relaxed and comfortable from the moment I arrived. They are both wonderful professionals who deserve high praise.

My son came in for a 9 am shoulder surgery and didn't have it done until 1 pm they just leave you sitting around not knowing anything, , Ive seen more food orders being delivered and heard more gossip then anything else from the staff around, especially at the front desk, we had to go ask if my son came out of surgery because no one even told us he came out safely ,until after we had already went and asked for ourself, then we asked could we go and see our son after surgery and they said NO, I've never been to a surgery facility so bad, this one reminds me of a place you would find on Facebook market place , I would not recommend this place to anyone, you are literally in a building (not hospital) not a medical building literally a building by a garage in Jersey City!!!! they don't even have a board up with the patient information letting you know progress or the surgery! This is a Terrible place!

Surgery went well. Had me waiting 20 mins + just to tell me where they sent my medication. Very poor bedside after surgery. Rushing to get you out after you wake up, nurse tugged my hair prior to surgery and other nurse pricked me 3 times to get the vein right.

Had a 5 am appointment today and they were all set up for already! The pick-up was on time and the receptionist was very helpful and quick. The nurse took me in at 5.20 am, prepped me. The OR nurse wheeled me in since I could not walk without assistance. Anesthesia was smooth and I went to sleep and woken up by the nurse who then offered me something to eat and drink. Discharge papers and drop off car was ready for me already! Everything just seems so awesome!
