Had a great experience at Advanced Endoscopy and Surgical Center. Every staff member I encountered throughout the process was professional, but also made me feel at ease. Every step of my procedure was clearly explained. I would definitely recommend this facility to friends and family. Exceptional.

What an incredible TEAM of professionals on staff at the Advanced Endoscopy & Surgical Center of Eatontown! My adult son, who is an abled adult with an Intellectual Developmental Disability (I/DD), had to undergo an endoscopy this week. There was a great deal of emotional angst that my son felt before arriving at the surgical center, and tears that flowed at various times before and after the procedure. Thankfully, from the moment my husband and I arrived with my son, throughout the time at the surgical center, earthly angels were all around us. Heartfelt appreciation to the amazing individuals who showered my son with kindness, care, and most importantly, respect. They are as follows: Shandi & Patricia at the front desk, who had positive initial and ending interactions with my son. Gina, the Preop RN, was a huge hit from the get-go with putting a smile on his face. My son decided that she looked like Selena Gomez, which, coming from him, was a true compliment! :) The Terrific Trio, Michelle, Eric, and Michele, the PACU RN & MA, who brought Anthony from tears to giggles! :) Gratitude beyond words! Stacey & Kiran, OR RN & Tech, who deeply felt his fear and sadness as he had to separate from me to go into the OR, and soothed his tears with compassion by asking him about the jokes I shared that he made up. Theresa and Nicole, who were in the backdrop, were providing additional words and warm smiles of comfort. Tara, Head Nurse, who courteously took my call a few days after the procedure to hear the praises sung of the phenomenal TEAM she oversees. In addition, Marina and Melanie, Pre-Admission Nurses from the Monmouth Gastroenterology office, courteously and patiently provided pre-admission assistance via phone. Last, but not least, Kenneth Belitsis, MD - Gastroenterologist at Monmouth Gastroenterology, a specialist beyond compare! His clinical expertise has graced me, my husband, and our son; his compassionate bedside manner shone through the day of my son's procedure, and clear communications before and after the procedure are just a few of his remarkable attributes! There are times when "thanks" truly falls short, and this is certainly one of those times! GO, TEAM!!!

Thank you for the quality care in a kind and professional manner. The staff was great and the nurses were attentative and caring. The surgical center was clean and comfortable and I was very much at ease at each step of the procedure. I would highly recommend.

The check-in was easy. I waited a little while, but not excessive. The nurses were all professional. The procedure was fully explained to me. My doctor came in greeted me told the staff to start the procedure. Next thing I woke up in the recovery room always great. The doctor came back to speak to me, explained everything and the results I would highly recommend Dr. Raj Upall and his staff.

Great all around surgical center, from my nurse Karen to the OR nurses Kristen and Christine to my recovery nurses Beth and Michelle. Treated with respect and concerns for my needs throughout my procedure. This is I think my fourth time at this center all with the same great experiences. Keep up the great work and Thank you.
