I must say I had an endoscopy done by Dr. Raval at affiliated endoscopy in Clifton. I found that the girl at the front desk at 7 AM on Nov., 25 Wednesday was very very rude had no personality bad character not friendly and made me feel very uncomfortable, I also found that Monica the one that called me about a bill had a very very rude attitude as well. I gave four stars because of them two. I would also like to add after feeling so uncomfortable before I went in that Maribel the Nurse with the pretty red glasses that took all my information and asked all the questions was one of the nicest polite and friendly nurses there and also the team I believe Ashley, Janice, Nanette and the other girls I forget their names that were preparing me for the endoscopy procedure were very very, very professional, kind nice beyond words, especially Maribel, She is one of the most sweetest nurses that I dealt with in a long time. Very nice personalities. The other girls that I mentioned that were nice. These are the kind of Nurses that make you feel very comfortable especially when you’re dealing with health problems I would give more stars if I could if it wasn’t for the first two ladies that I mentioned in the Beginning . Thank you for making me feel very comfortable and not nervous, if I ever need another procedure hopefully my doctor will perform the procedure at affiliated endoscopy in Clifton .I recommended highly! 🙏🏼 aka LS

Dr. Giulio Quarta is a magnificent physician/ gastroenterologist. Great bedside manners, great listener, always trying to find the cause of the problem, asking the right questions. He’s always leaning towards the natural solution. He’s not a pill pusher like other doctors. He’s very eloquent and explains everything in a way you can understand. I highly recommend him. He’s a true physician that cares about healing his patients for good. I am glad I found him!

3 stars because the back office nurses redeemed the horrible treatment of the front desk experience. I recently visited Affiliated Endoscopy Services of Clifton for a procedure that required sedation, and my experience was a tale of two very different environments. Upon arrival, I was already feeling quite nervous about the procedure. Unfortunately, the front desk staff did little to ease my anxiety. The welcome was anything but warm; there were no smiles or friendly greetings. Instead, I was met with a combative attitude when I pointed out an error in my paperwork. The staff seemed more interested in proving themselves right than in providing a compassionate patient experience. However, once I was called inside by the nurse, the atmosphere changed completely. The nurse, Maribel, was incredibly kind and welcoming. She made an effort to put me at ease, listened to my concerns, and treated me with genuine care. The rest of the medical team who assisted me to get ready for the procedure were equally wonderful, making sure I was comfortable before and after the procedure. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out and made a world of difference in my experience. In summary, while the front desk experience left much to be desired, the medical staff in the back more than made up for it with their warmth and care. I hope the front desk staff can improve their approach, as they are the first impression for patients who may already be feeling anxious.
