While the staff were decent not very happy with being left with an 8k bill after insurance and co pay of 400$ . Purpose of a surgical center is to avoid the high cost of out patient surgery with a hospital. At least with a hospital you can apply for charity care to help offset some of the cost here though there is no option. Was making monthly payments and they sent it to collections great company. Never will use their services again

I was seen yesterday for a procedure. All members of the staff were very polite and professional. I want to give a special "shout out" to: Jordan, Anne, Nicole, Angie, Ralph, Randy and Chelsea for taking GREAT care of me. Thank you all!!

Millennium Surgical Center was very professional and welcoming during my two procedures. Chelsea was my intake nurse and was very comforting and sweet. I feel I am in good hands while at this Surgical Center.

In 15 years I have been at many different surgical centers for countless procedures. Sahida (sorry spelling) & entire staff at Millennium are exceptional! The level of care & compassion they provide is far above other centers. Very pleased my amazing doctor, Dr. Adam Sackstein, works with such a professional surgical team. Thank you for everything you do, it is sincerely appreciated!

Despicable company. I had 2 surgeries at this place. One in June 2021 and one in July 2022. My surgery in July was a minor thumb surgery. I received my bills and promptly paid them. Fast forward to March 2023 I get a call from a debt collector saying I owe millennium almost $400. I never received a bill for this. They didn’t even have the common decency to send me a follow up via mail, email, or phone call. They just sent it directly to a debt collector. After receiving the phone call from the debt collector in March while on a vacation, i promptly logged online and paid $400 (which was more than what I owed because I never even got a bill and only remembered the debt collector saying my bill was in the high $300s). Fast forward to October 17, 2023, I get another call from the debt collector (the first call since I paid the $400) saying they were trying to collect the same debt. I sent them the proof of payment from MARCH (6 months ago). They call millennial and confirm I paid it 6 months ago. These horrible people did not have the common decency to update the debt collector with my payment. My credit has been affected. I’m a full time graduate student working 3 jobs. It’s disgusting that they would even send it to a debt collector after I’ve had 2 surgeries there without as little as a phone call. But they had to one up themselves by not updating the debt collector for 6 months!! Complete and utter disregard for me as a human being. I will never use this place again and would warn anyone from ever stepping foot in there.
