My husband had surgery here and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everyone was attentive and professional. What really stood out was how personal the staff were. They took the time to interact with us, not just about the surgery, but as people, which made us feel comfortable and truly cared for. Everything ran smoothly and efficiently, and their smiles and attentiveness made a stressful day so much easier!! We are so grateful for the excellent care at Franklin Surgical Center! Thank you!

What a wonderful, professional, caring, attentive, facility. After my husband was taken into surgery, I decided to go to one of the local cafes just .3 mi away (better than sitting in the waiting room). Before i knew, it was time to pick him up. As the nurse told me, "we'll take good care of him...and they did"! Doctor and Staff, top notch! More than a five star ***** *****.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! If I could give this facility negative stars I would. This facility only cares about money they are completely unethical and should be shut down. I was in a situation where I had a procedure done in the hospital and was discharged. I had to have another procedure and my doctor was working here. I was told two days prior to my procedure I had to pay $900 even though I had insurance and it was in my network they wanted me to pay $900 in advance or they would not move forward with the procedure. had no other choice but to pay. I explained I had already met my out of pocket maximum for the year and didn't understand how they came up with this $900 amount and asked what is was based off. I was able to get them to reduce the amount to $450 in desperation to have the medically necessary procedure I paid the amount and was told I would get my money back as soon as my insurance paid. They received full payment from my insurance company and for a month I have been asking for my money back. I keep getting the run around that it is being processed but still no money back to me. They got their payment from my insurance and now I am pleading w them for my money back and waisting endless time on the phone. What they are doling to people is seriously disgusting and beyond unethical for a medical facility to operate like this. I would never ever want anyone to be put in the situation I was put in. Please do not go here. I hope this place and any other place that operates like this at the patients expense get shut down. Shame on you Franklin Surgery Center

Amazing doctors and staff. I have been going to this practice for over 20 years. Dr Winnie is a wonderful doctor and all around very kind person. He is down to earth and truly cares about the whole person. The nurses are all great and the staffing coordinator Lisa is the best. I highly recommend the practice. I am very fortunate and blessed to find them. People fly from all over the country to have him as his doctor.

From a patient standpoint, it’s 5-Stars! The staff cares and is always a whisper away. Dr David Taylor is TOPS, but again it’s the staff who gives you smiles, tenderness, and the best warm blankets 😊 ... From the standpoint of the non patient stuck in the waiting room, it could be more spacious and a Keurig/water/soda would be GREATLY appreciated ☮️💟
