Superbly professional and friendly! Dr. Chiu is the best and so was the anesthesiologist (forgot his name) and Jenna, my nurse (I believe this was her name). And so was Peggy, responsible for my discharge. Caring, respectful, friendly, calming, human! Clean, top technology, a truly pleasant experience! I was very impressed with the overall clinic, as it didnāt look that sophisticated from the outside. Finally, and very importantly, the timing was perfect, from the prep to the procedure to the review conversation with Dr. Chiu after the procedure. Now, thereās one item that would have made me give this place a zero star, and I believe it is something you can fix quickly: the waiting room was tacky, dirty and filled with pseudo patriotic decoration, including a Christmas tree (in August!) fully adorned with lights and Fourth of July items. Pseudo patriotic decals all over the window at the reception desk, and even hanging garlands. This is an insult to our nation and should be banned for good, as this is not the place for such a distasteful show; it looked more like a political rally than a medical facility. Also, the receptionist completely lacked empathy to me as a patient; she opened the glass window and said: āyou have an appointment?, sign hereā. Not even a āgood morningā or a smile. Keep in mind that we patients are at a vulnerable moment before the procedure, and this personās behavior did not help at all. For a few minutes, after seeing the tacky decoration and the receptionistās behavior, my wife and I discussed the option of canceling the appointment and leaving. Thank goodness that everything changed after Jenna greeted me with a smile. Now, donāt get me wrong, the receptionist was not rude or anything like that, and she performed her duties correctly to check me in. But her attitude is something she needs to work on. Easy fix! Train her!
Wonderful place. Simply put, they make an unpleasant experience extremely tolerable. Not my 1st procedure but without a doubt, your comfort IS paramount with these great folks. As mentioned in a previous reviewā¦.. entire staff explains what they are doing & why, (clear communication) at all times. Highly Recommend! Very Satisfied āļø āļø āļøāļøāļø
Best experience I've ever had at any doctors office. Staff was incredibly friendly and had a fantastic bedside manner. They explained everything that they were doing and made sure my comfort was paramount. I'd give it a 10 rating if I could!
VERY PLEASANT!!! Facility to get the unpleasant procedure. The entire staff was very friendly and professional. Very clean facility. There is plenty of parking and easy to get to. Shout out to all the nurses and doctors. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed with your procedure. The staff is organized, and I was taken right on my appointment time. Thanks, everyone!
This is one review that I am disappointed 0 stars are not an option for review, because 1 star is more than they deserve. I had been on the schedule with my specialist for 3 weeks and 5 days before the schedule date, im receiving calls from their financial department about my co pay. SERIOUSLY!? Good thing you made sure I could pay before you could actually do your jobs. As she made a point to advise EVERY department bills separately as well, so expect those bills to keep rolling on in. š Anywhooooo! The woman I spoke with said if I don't get a call by Monday 12pm (this was Friday, Wed procedures) to call back. So, no call came, so I called. I reached the scheduler and this is where I knew there was an issue. SO RUDE, right off the bat, like I was a complete inconvenience to her, she asked if a nurse had called me yet and I said no, nobody had called, that why I was calling. She stated that if a nurse hadn't spoken to me yet that she wasn't speaking with me. I asked what I needed to do to speak with a nurse since my appointment is coming up and they closed in an hour. She said I needed to speak to a nurse but she had none available. So again, I asked what can I do and she said she would transfer and just hit the button. Nobody answered Monday after 8 calls in an hour. So Tuesday morning, P R E P D A Y and still no call, so I'm calling and calling and calling and finally leaving a message at 1pm and calling my Dr to advised of the issues and unprofessionalism. They advised they would take a look and get back to me. Get a call an hour or so later and SHOCKER, there was a "scheduling error" (confirmed it could have been addressed Monday) and I am no longer set for my procedures...after I was told I needed to start the prep. I have a handful of specialists I'm working with spread across NJ and even a team at UPENN and this has been by far my worst interaction with a facility. I have many procedures and appointments, which makes rescheduling extremely difficult. But I guarantee they will have your first bill ready for you before you even get up from the anesthesia. Glad you cared more about getting paid than accurately scheduling a procedure that effects someones quality of life. Thank you for negatively impacting my health for no reason.
