I just went through another MRI and Cat Scan at Mass General Brigham healthcare center in Salem New Hampshire on February 2nd 2025. Another great experience from the moment I walked into the building and welcomed by the receptionist until the completion of the processes. A big thank you to Christine and the entire team that took care of me. The entire MRI/Cat process was seamless and painless . The team was professional, highly competent and caring. With the need to complete everything they have to do to ensure safety and precision of the testing..... they did it all, including ensuring my comfort. Thanks so much to everyone there. Can't say enough.

Building is nice and new but MGH needs to help patients get the care they need better and communicate with referring doctors better. Notifications in advance of changes made to insurances accepted is a big deal too!

I was informed the my PCP was leaving and i needed a new PCP. On trying to log onto the link I received in my mail, I had a password issue. I submitted a request for a password change and never received the link. I tried twice. I went to the facility today and inquired as to my PCP. I was yold i needed a new PCP. I asked if there was a list of available and told none there. I went with MGH to coordinate my healthcare. Everything I do is tied to MGH. What are people supposed to do?

This location is terrible with appointment when checking in. I have been to the salem location about 8 times and always told Doctors are backed up and running late. The haverhill Ma and Lawrence MA locations are by far busier and never has excuses. Always 1/2 hr past my appointment or longer to be seen!

I love my PCP there. The labs and blood work are wildly expensive because they are outsourced to a hospital, and therefore end up costing four to five times what other labs charge. They really need to get a handle on this, or they will lose patients with high deductible plans.
