Dr. Ngo and Dr. Chan are both knowledgeable professionals. I had a lumbar steroid injection procedure which was explained in detail to me beforehand. It’s only been 6 days since the injection but so far I’m hopeful my lower pain level remains stable.

Everyone in that office has been up Most so kind, caring personable And a tentative. Yes, going into a practice for pain management you wouldn’t think would be a fun place to go not saying it is but the staff makes it amazing. Thank you so much for your care.

This appointment was a total waste of time and money. I drove a hour, looking at your website I was hoping I could get some relief or answers, which I have not gotten in the past. However, the doctor was condescending and kept interrupting me, clearly not listening and showing no empathy or consideration. He had canned responses to everything and couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Being in pain for 20 (since I was 20) he told me the pain was related to “old age”- I’m not sure how that relates to my pain at age 20 and asked about my current job, again not related to the last 20 years. He basically told me to exercise and offered pills. I was hoping to get some sort of diagnosis and recommendation for treatment, not just mask it with medicine. I will definitely never be back and would never recommend you to anyone. As a side note, the office told me I didn’t need a referral, but the doctor said that I did and that the office just tells you that to get you an appointment. I also asked what the copay would be, the person I spoke with said he didn’t know but probably $40, my understanding is that the office can check on the insurance but after confirming with my insurance the copay was actually $100. Total waste of $100!

Dr was forthcoming. The restrictions by insurance makes it difficult to be treated. I have done everything except tai chi and injections. Everything else comes with multiple copays. Treatment looks like to difficult to be helpful. The process sounds like a year of wasted time. I won’t be following up.
