I just had my surgery there yesterday, and what a pleasant experience. In a situation where things were nerve-wracking and stressful, Dr. Gallivan and her staff went above and beyond to make things smoother. From Kyle and Abby who helped me prep for surgery (and cracked a joke or two to laugh) to Ariella at the front desk who had such a positive personality, this was the nicest group of people you'll ever meet. From start to finish, every member of the team—from anesthesiologist Marco to the outstanding group of nurses—was professional, compassionate, and clearly dedicated to their roles. They worked seamlessly together to ensure we understood every step of the process and felt confident in our son’s care. I cannot say enough great things about my experience at Northridge! The nurses Megan and Abby were amazing and eased all my anxieties going into the procedure. Dr. Connors (who I typically see at excel) performed my hip replacement surgery and he’s been so great and informative since my first appointment with him! Fingers crossed I won’t need my other hip done but if I do I know exactly where I’ll be going! Highly recommend!!!!
