I give the facility, nurses and receptionist, a 4 out of 5. I would give them a 5 star review because they were absolutely amazing but I've been fighting will billing after my check was 'lost' in the mail. The lack of professionalism and organization is appalling. If you send a check, make sure you have proof otherwise you'll have to fight for your 'prompt pay discount' like I'm having to.

Could not have asked for a better team, everyone was so kind and patient with me. I have never felt so comfortable in a medical facility and I am so grateful for that because it can be really scary and overwhelming. Huge shoutout to Tracy especially for putting up with me while giving me my IV. Couldn’t have done it without her. Choosing NASC is the best decision you can make for yourself :)

Great Facility! I am from Massachusetts and had a surgery at NASC with Dr. Waldman for a breast aug. The staff was attentive, and thorough and professional. The surgery went very well and I am very happy with the results so far. I am only 4 days post-opp 6/22/24

My wife recently had surgery on her knee to repair a torn meniscus. Was very impressed by the entire procedure and experience. Was greeted professionally at check in, and my wife received empathetic and professional care from Cindy, the pre-op nurse, to Alison, the postop nurse in recovery. Everybody was friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. The facility, while smaller than some ambulatory care facilities, seemed well attended and equipped and concerned about maintaining Covid health standards. Would definitely recommend for anyone considering upcoming surgery.

Had surgery to remove a cyst on 11/1/19. The experience was ideal as far as having surgery goes! NASC is squeaky clean and the staff could not be nicer or more accommodating! The power happened to go out so they couldn't operate for several hours. They made sure I was comfortable and kept up to date on what time the power would be back. Dr. Strapko was my surgeon and could not have been kinder and was very reassuring. I would highly recommend this surgical ctr. to anyone needing day surgery! First class.
