Dr. He was friendly, fast, and efficient. I have no complaints, which may seem odd since I'm praising someone for slicing into me! Seriously, though, if you need Carpal Tunnel surgery, she's great.

Dr. He is a great Dr in every way. She is very thoughtful and makes sure you are comfortable and does an excellent job. Both hands carpal tunnel surgeries. Couldn't even see the scars.

I have young children and school doesn’t start until 8:40. I have requested a later than 9 appointment 3 times now but am only ever given 7 or 8 AM. It’s frustrating when I have asked the front desk staff, back recovery nurses and the nurse that calls for check ins the day after procedures how to get a later appointment. I have tried requesting through the doctor’s office but still no luck. The Surgery center blames the Dr for insisting I be the first patient of the day and the Dr. office insists it’s the surgery center that sets the schedule. Not very professional! I don’t get anesthesia so I don’t see why my appointment time needs to be so strict. I do wish this would be explained. I would like to understand. I don’t have help to get my children to school. The place its self is very clean and the staff kind, friendly. My care while there is great! It’s just the scheduling.
