The administration here is incompetent. Twice rescheduled with Dr. Chapman, once they actually called to tell us, the other time we drove 45 minutes to find out he had left for the day (NYE). For one exam, we were told we did not need a second driver as no dialation was necessary; only to be told differently on arrival, followed by another round of incompetent scheduling — lmk if you’d like details. Upshot: if they can’t get basics right, don’t trust the other stuff. Avoid avoid avoid.

Terrible job they simply couldn’t remove a stye. Removed about half of it and lied and said it was fully ready for recovery. Way overpriced. Don’t go there they suck.

I would not recommend this practice. They are frequently late and they failed to sent my eyeglass prescription after they told me 6 times they would send it. I lost my glasses and called from a vision center to have them fax my prescription. I was told they would. When it didn’t arrive I called again. Still not sent. After the weekend I called the vision center and still no fax. I called concord eye center again and they yet again promised to send it and they didn’t. I called again to say I’m coming to get it but they assured me they would have it there by 12:20. By 1:00 nothing. I need my glasses and these people are so incompetent they can’t help me while I’m trying to order a new pair. I’m going to find a new eye doctor.

There was a car accident on my way to there apt which caused me to be 15 min late. They have a 10 min grace period. (I understand) I asked if they could make an exception. The receptionist said I don’t want you to anticipate the answer to change. She went out back laughed with who she was speaking to and then came back and said they could not do anything. I understand not being able to do it but her saying that the answer won’t change then hearing them laugh bothered me to the point I didn’t want to even reschedule.

I was scheduled for an A Scan at 11:20 and after that I was taken to another waiting room and told my appointment with the doctor was at 12:45. That was the first I was told of the large gap between appointments. This is unacceptable. Being assured they will take me as soon as they can was not reassuring. This practice has been totally disorganized since the two practices merged.
