Just had my teenager in for a procedure. Everything went perfect. I was extremely nervous but everyone there was professional, attentive and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!

Had a procedure done here in August. This facility was pristine. Coming from a health care professional I can tell you everyone and everything was incredible. Doctors and nurses were a perfectly oiled machine! So friendly too. It was absolutely the most comfortable surgical procedure I’ve never had (that being said it was also the biggest and longest procedure so that’s saying something!) If you have second thoughts about this about this being an outpatient center vs inpatient hospital facility, don’t!!! They really know what they are doing and are absolutely incredible start to finish.

Highly recommend!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this facility and their staff. From the moment you walk in you are welcomed by a friendly and caring reception area. The facility is clean and comfortable. Upon moving into the surgical area, I was greeted by Allysa who immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Allysa walked me through every step and ensured I remained comfortable. Next, a huge kudos to Allison Parker and Dr. Kelly on the anesthesia team. They both made me feel extremely comfortable and explained everything in detail. Finally, during recovery, Kayla, was the best RN side by side with Allysa in ensuring I was comfortable and up and ready to ambulate without any issues. You will not be disappointed with this fantastic team of people caring for you.

This clinic was incredible from the greeting at reception to the nursing staff, anesthesiologist and physician. Everyone explained what to expect, they were personable and competent. BASC- you made my experience go as smoothly as possible and I will absolutely be returning in the future for diagnostic testing.

I had a total knee replacement at BASC yesterday, and I cannot say enough about the nurses and doctors. They were incredibly professional and efficient, I don’t know how they do it honestly. Nurse Anne especially was so knowledgeable and compassionate, she even made it a point to seek me out to say goodbye and best wishes as her shift ended. They are just the best !!
