Incompetent employees and management. Had surgery for 9 mm stuck stone. They asked me at check in for pharmacy I use. They asked twice again while waiting in room for my surgery. I watched dozens of employees walk by my room. What are their roles in this. After surgery went by to pick up my antibiotics. Didn't know till later my vitals antibiotics that would deflect a UTI infection or worse sepsis wasn't in there. Called pharmacy later to see if it came in late. No. Called surgery center to find out they used a 10 year old record of old pharmacy and insurance to send to a totally different pharmacy CVS . Not walgreens. They promised to fix it. I'm supposed to be home healing. Not sitting for 30 minutes in line in 90 degree heat to find out again my antibiotics are not there. So day 3 , have to drive up again to get my antibiotics. When I called to speak to supervisor I had to wait because they were in a board meeting. Maybe go back to that meeting to discuss how this happened and how thry can better help patients. Instead she only gave me excuses. I told her to deliver my prescription to my house. She declined. I was ready to just go back to hospital and have them send my prescription.

The nurse, Ricky, surgeon, and staff were were awesome. The entire experience was as pleasant as could be expected.

Everyone was very nice. I was late because I went to the wrong building and they were still understanding. They even asked what music I like to play music to make me feel more comfortable. Very professional and positive.

Staff seems friendly and capable. Communication is lacking. First surgery was told to arrive 1 hour early. Got a call on the way that I was late. They wanted me there 1.5 hours early. Did not need my ride to wait. Next surgery arrived more than 1.5 hours early. Receptionist said she was just about to call. ?? Had not been told of copay due. Ride was told have to stay for whole procedure. This policy not in effect for procedure 2 weeks previous. Caused great inconvenience. Next patients to arrive did not have rides staying with them. ?? They were also not told a copay was due.
