Dr. Wu and the procedure was great. The Innovative pain care center staff at the Rancho office seem completely incompetent. They’re unable to schedule a follow up appointment nor do they provide records that the patient had an appointment at all, although they provide patients with paperwork with a time and date of your appointment and an appointment reminder card. It took the reception man five times to determine who I was after repeatedly giving him my name and my date of birth.
