The cataract surgery and staff were great. It's the office staff that is terrible. No one answers the phone, even if I call 20 times in 1 day. I needed a copy of an itemized bill for insurance. They could not email it and had to mail it. It's been over one week and I still have not received it and I just had to go through the painstaking task of trying to get someone on the phone again today, and then of course, they won't email the bill, so it has to be mailed via USPS, like we are not in the 20th century. Please update your system and procedures.

Husband had both eyes done 2 weeks apart. Every staff member was very upbeat and professional. My husband was really happy with the operation of this establishment.

My husband has had three surgeries on his eyes over the past couple of years. Today is the third and the last was just two weeks ago. It’s a very clean, comfortable facility and I’ve not had to wait very long any of the three times we’ve been here. The thing I’ve noticed and find extremely important is the caring, kind employees they have here. I’m not surprised that an excellent ophthalmologist like Dr. Singh would choose this facility for his patients having day surgery. They even kindly changed the waiting room TV when I saw FOX news on and requested they change to HGTV which is far less controversial. I’d recommend this surgery center to family & friends without reservation.
