I had my injections here March 2025, their goal is more procedures. I never received the steroids I paid 350$ for and I had to go to the orthopedic surgeon he told them ablation won’t work! Do the injections now they are telling me I can’t have both sides on the same day. Lies ! You are paid by my co pays not my insurance as that is what you are contracted by Intermountain. Money hungry you want me to come two separate visits so that you can make me pay additional 700$ no thanks I guess I will limp around in pain til I get to a doctor that is ethical. Three years of Nevada doctors who mostly are unprofessional and try to threaten you, what you reap you will sow! Have me going through Ridiculous changes! So you can claim a dollar I don’t have!

Did not give specific street to turn on to get there. Said I had arrived and it just showed West Charleston and rancho. Didn't know which way to go on Charleston and it wasn't at Charleston and rancho. Very upset with Google maps Don't trust it to get me where I'm going. It did it on my way home too.

Scheduld surgery over a month in advance. Verified surgery with staff, PA, and doctors several times. Arrived for 6am procedure and they said they called, and text. I showed them my call history with no missed calls or text. Playing games with peoples pain is not funny. You would think a surgery center would be able to verify things ahead of time. We were able to verify several times but they couldn't even say they for sure called just that they rhink they called. Pathetic customer service!!!

My wife had some minor issues taken care of and she was in and out within 1 1/2 hrs or less. They wheeled her to the car and everyone was wonderful. Would look forward to going back if necessary. Thank you Dr Keller and associates for your dedication and expertise.
