The staff is courteous and very patient with patients here. Very clean and nice. The nurses are wonderful. I went for cataracts Dr. Carpenter is amazing. I felt comfortable, he and Izzy made sure to inform me of everything. I can't thank staff nurses and of course Dr. Carpenter and Izzy enough.

Got here to drop my grandma off at surgery 10:20am. I called at 1:10pm and they haven’t even taken her back to surgery! They said 1-2 hours when I dropped her off. I call after 2 and a half hours and they say 2-3 hours and it actually took 4 hours! What the heck is the point of scheduling when your not going to follow it!! Worse place ever!!!
