I had a colonoscopy on October 6th. I was charged $266 and I told the lady my insurance told me there won’t be a charge. She insisted I owed the money so I paid. After I got my EOB I called and left messages and no callbacks. Finally someone answered when I called and she said I will get the refund. As of today I still don’t have my refund. Some people I know don’t check their EOB and they will get cheated

My issue is with billing. I told the front desk at time of procedure the copay amount she was requesting wasn't correct but according to her, if I wanted to have the procedure I had to pay the $500.00. Its 6am, I took off of work, prepping for the colonoscopy, I had no choice. Sure enough, I had a zero copay. Colonoscopy was 3/8, on April 17th I was told the refund could take up to 6 weeks. Unacceptable!! It isn't $50.00, its $500.00 that you have had for over a month already.

WOW! My experience here from start to finish was hands down five stars if not more! The front desk people, nurses and doctor were all kind, polite and very accommodating! Every nurse talked me through what they were doing and answered every question. The doctor greeted me with a smile and I was definitely at ease going into my procedure! The entire process was speedy! I was in and out in record time! I walked in the door at 10am-and walked out at 11:30! They also followed up with a phone call the next day to see how it was doing! I don't think I've ever heard of that before although I don't get many procedures or surgeries either but I was very impressed with their CARING aspect of their business. In addition I was able to fill out all my paperwork prior to the visit which made the process even more speedy! I am highly impressed and will definitely do all my procedures and surgeries through this doctor/medical facility!

I have had multiple surgeries. Never have I waited so long to be called back. They give you a check in time, tell you not to eat or drink, and then make you sit in the office for an hour. Most medical providers make an effort to bring you back quickly and get fluids in you intravenously. Nope, here they say it's par for the course to just sit and wait. Will never have another procedure here if I cn help it.

I had a procedure done here 11/23/2020. Great experience. Short wait. I pre-filled my documentations ahead of time on their website. Staff are amazing. Special shout-out to my Recovery nurse Lisa who was very attentive and my OR nurse Zaira who made sure I was comfortable during my procedure, thank you. It was my first time under anesthesia and you guys made it easy for me.
