I had a colonoscopy yesterday at this facility. For me, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. They didn't overbook their patients on this particular day but their were a couple of people ahead of me. Dr Ye and his anesthesiologist were very competent and explained the outcome of the procedure. The total time from preop to post op was 2.5 hrs. You must have someone accompany you but they are able to leave, but must come back when called. The facility was, also, very clean.

I’ve had other surgeries in New York City, the level of care I received at Henderson hospital was astronomical, outstanding and overwhelmingly perfect. Everyone I came in contact with was wonderful. Their voices, their information, asking me constantly if I needed anything or if I had questions. Thank you so much for your care.

Had an endoscopy and colonoscopy for first time. Medical asst and RN were good. Had no issue with procedures itself, but anesthesia has me sneezing for 5 days now. Called the office with my concern and after being given runaround and having to call back, I was told the anesthesia said it was possibly seasonal and not because of anesthesia, which is not true. I don't have allergies. I know my body and haven't had any sinus issues until after the procedure. I was told to make an appointment with my PCP. I'm very disappointed with this response. If what you did caused me to have this side effect, you should have solutions and not be dismissive.

I had a colonoscopy and upper endoscopy today and I gotta say, the nurses are AMAZING!!!!! I honestly don't know why people give such horrible reviews. These nurses are amazing, I don't remember her name but before I was taken to the endoscopy suite, this nurse explained everything to me they told me what they going to do. Amazing teamwork!! And they all were happy and they even made me laugh!! The anesthesiologist was also great with me!! Highly recommend this place for your upcoming procedures.
